Order Fulfillment Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order statuses.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience with RF scanners for order picking is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including documentation requirements.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation is advantageous.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial but not required.
