We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This division serves buyers seeking quality, low-maintenance living options. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Agents while partnering closely with Construction and Customer Care to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team
• Drive sales performance through accountability, motivation, and professional development
• Collaborate with Construction Managers and Customer Care to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintain a strong presence in both the sales office and field

• Previous sales management or leadership experience (required)
