ELA Tutor

Looking to hire a hard-working, skilled, and caring individual for a part-time position as a tutor/instructor for ELA in our 1on1 tutoring program as well as for after school program coverage. This position includes teaching in a small classroom setting (up to 12 students at a time for afterschool). This may include homework help in other school subjects. This position requires the tutor to create mini lesson plans for each day they are on schedule. The tutor should be experienced in teaching English (grammar, writing, vocab, reading comp, etc.) The tutor will be teaching students ranging from 1st grade level to 12th grade level depending on demand. 1on1 tutoring is usually done in-person from 6pm-8pm Monday through Friday. Must be legally able to work in the U.S. Passing a background check is mandatory.
