Lawn Care Laborer

We're looking for an experienced and dependable lawn care laborer to lead our mowing crew and ensure high-quality lawn care services for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Mow residential and commercial properties to company standards
• Train and support team members on proper equipment use and safety
• Inspect completed work for quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and operate lawn care equipment safely
• Communicate with customers and management as needed
• Ensure job sites are clean and professional
