Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Membership Advisor / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is a blend of sales, customer service, and operations—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships.

You will play a key role in driving membership growth, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting daily club operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop sales, leadership, and business skills while making a direct impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

• Generate new memberships through outreach, promotions, and community engagement
• Conduct gym tours and deliver personalized sales presentations
• Follow up consistently with all leads and prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding
• Develop and maintain referral programs and community lead boxes

Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Handle phone inquiries, check-ins, and all front desk operations
• Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment

Administrative & Systems

• Accurately track leads, sales, and member interactions using CRM systems
• Maintain knowledge of club offerings, policies, and promotions
• Ensure all records and sales processes are up to date and compliant

Team & Club Contribution

• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales goals
• Assist in marketing initiatives and in-club promotions
• Enforce company policies and support overall gym operations
• Continuously develop personal sales and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM and data systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sales (fitness, retail etc.)
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Background in customer-facing roles
