In Home Sales- Heating and Air Conditioning Comfort Advisor

Comfort Advisor – Commission Only Columbia, MD | Buric Heating & Air Conditioning

Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people and wants to be compensated at the highest level for doing it?

We're looking for our next Comfort Advisor — and this isn't your typical sales job.

With a full schedule daily, Comfort Advisors can earn upwards of $500,000 per year — on commission only.  Replacement HVAC systems are high ticket items ranging from $12,000-$30,000.

No salary cap. No ceiling. Just a full calendar of homeowners who need help and a proven system designed to guide them to the right solution.

We invest in you from day one:

✅ A total one 1 month training

✅ A refined, step-by-step process for helping homeowners find the right comfort system for their home and budget

✅ Weekly coaching with one of the best HVAC consultants in the country

✅ Ride along training with our current comfort advisors

✅ An immersive 3-day hands-on training in Dallas focused entirely on how to serve customers at the highest level

You won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll be built into a true expert.

We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product. What we can't teach is genuine care for people, a positive attitude, hunger to grow, and the natural ability to connect with homeowners and earn their trust.

That part has to come from you.

We're a small, father-son owned heating and air conditioning company with a reputation our customers love to talk about. We've been in business for 26 years and have built a very strong foundation in terms of our brand and reputation.

Our phone rings every day with homeowners looking for guidance with built in trust in us from the get go — and we match each one with a Comfort Advisor who takes the time to understand their home, their needs, and their budget before ever recommending a solution.

No two homes are the same. Neither are our recommendations.

If you're a people-first professional ready to build a career around genuinely helping families while earning what you're truly worth — we'd love to hear from you.
