Customer Sales Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Associate in Carrollton, TX with automotive knowledge to join our team in Carrollton! In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer calls, process orders via phone and email, schedule core return shipments, and provide accurate product ETAs while ensuring top-tier customer service. You’ll work closely with internal teams, maintain knowledge of our automotive products and programs, and help resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Someone with experience as a Service Advisor, especially in an automotive dealership or repair shop, is highly encouraged to apply. Requirements:

• Automotive dealership, repair shop, or automotive retailer experience required
• Strong computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
