We are seeking an entry level Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate. This role's primary initiative is to elevate our brands through professional representation, strategic planning, and measurable execution with clientele.
Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s business model, target audience, and objectives.
- Align event marketing efforts with sales outcomes, ensuring campaigns support both brand positioning and revenue growth
- Manage event marketing campaigns and sales interactions with consistency.
- Prioritize relationship-building and accurate messaging.
- Represent products and services professionally while identifying opportunities for meaningful sales conversations
- Gather real-time feedback, qualify interest, and support follow-up efforts that move prospects through the sales process.
- Support expansion into new markets while maintaining sales quality and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment
- Ability to learn and execute sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Compensation: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Orlando Events and Promotions consults on behalf of for-profit brands, NGOs, and political organizations to expand exposure, reputation, and generate an accelerated increase in revenue or funding within mid-term and long-term project assignments. Founded in 2011, OEP originally opened with five employees and one client. Today, our team of over 200 extensively trained consulting professionals continue to service a wide-ranging portfolio of 20+ clients on a national scale. Our teams produce over-achieving results consistently in highly competitive markets across various industries.
