Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to manage our end-to-end local supply chain. In this position you will be a one-person team responsible for organizing our facility, overseeing inventory, processing orders, and fullfilling local deliveries to our customers. This role is based primarily in our warehouse (approximately 60-70% of the time) with the remainder of the week spent on the road making deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and safely organize products on warehouse shelves.
• Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Perform routine inventory checks, pick and pack customer orders accurately, and prep items for transportation.
• Delivery Management: Load the delivery vehicle, plan the most efficient routes, and safely deliver products to local clients or job sites on time.
• Facility & Vehicle Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure the company delivery vehicle is kept clean and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or delivery driving experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer/smartphone literacy for inventory tracking and delivery navigation.
