Warehouse / Sales

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who can balance inside sales responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also staying active behind the scenes—handling order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

•          Support inside sales by assisting customers via phone, email, and in person

•          Process orders accurately, including quotes, order entry, and follow-ups

•          Prepare and fulfill customer orders for pickup and delivery

•          Coordinate and manage will-call (customer pickup) orders

•          Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

•          Perform local deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and professional service

•          Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock replenishment

•          Operate warehouse equipment as needed

•          Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards

•          Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

•          Previous experience in inside sales, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred

•          Strong customer service and communication skills

•          Basic computer skills (order entry systems, email, inventory software)

•          Ability to lift and move heavy materials (typically up to 50 lbs)

•          Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

•          Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus

•          Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Work Environment

•          Combination of office and warehouse setting

•          May require standing, lifting, and working in varying temperatures

•          Local travel for deliveries
