Medical Scribe

We are looking for a self-motivated full time/part-time Medical Scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player and quick thinker. Job entails accompanying the physician into the patient exam room to assist with the following:

• Transcribe/translate a history and physical exam by accurately documenting the physicians encounter with the patient by recording patients' history, medication usage and symptoms.
• List all proper diagnoses as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
• Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.
• Document any procedures performed by the physician.

Experience preferred but will provide full training for the right candidate.
