Flat Grill Cook

Grill cooks are responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and they’re often required to handle tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations. Additional grill cook job duties and responsibilities include:

• Using time management skills to run the shift smoothly and efficiently
• Chopping and preparing vegetables and other non-meat ingredients
• Stocking ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Maintaining clean and sanitized workstations
• Inspecting food truck orders, rotating stock while putting away deliveries
• Communicating clearly to your co-workers and management
• Customer service oriented

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
