Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in getting things done right? We're looking for an Account Verification Specialist to join our team for a project-based assignment expected to run through approximately September.

This is a customer service-focused role with no sales, no quotas, and no cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to existing clients to verify and update account information, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do:

• Contact current clients by phone to confirm account details

• Verify and update information in company systems

• Document conversations accurately and thoroughly

• Follow up on outstanding items as needed

• Provide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience

• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple accounts

What We're Looking For:

• Strong, compassionate, communication and customer service skills

• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional phone presence

• Ability to follow processes and complete tasks independently

• Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or account support experience
