Receiving Associate

Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking for a Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Receiving Associate you will be part of the shipping and receiving operations supporting efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Associate

Location: Mcallen, TX

Pay Range: $13–$14 per hour (depending on experience) Monday-Friday 10AM-7:00PM  or 11:AM-8:PM some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Unload, sort, and stage product for storage or processing.
• Accurately enter receiving information into warehouse systems.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized receiving and inventory areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed

What's Needed?

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
