What You'll Do

• Learn to operate CNC machining equipment under experienced mentors
• Machine and inspect lightweight parts (typically 10–15 pounds)
• Read work instructions and follow quality standards
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
