Commercial Plumber (MCAS Cherry Point)

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber for a project located at MCAS Cherry Point. This role involves the installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems on a fixed schedule, adhering to safety standards and working collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be able to obtain clearance to work on military installations and will be compensated according to the Davis-Bacon wage determination.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems following blueprints and specifications
• Interpret and work from detailed construction blueprints
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct pressure testing to verify system integrity
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and pipefitting
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Strong understanding of safety compliance requirements
• Effective communication skills
