Sheetmetal Supervisor- $95K (Direct Hire)

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Lead to oversee daily fabrication operations, lead a team of skilled employees, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support fabrication employees to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Assign daily work based on production schedules and company priorities.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to team members as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production employees and management.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and company specifications
• Perform welding using GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW, and SMAW processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding, metal fabrication, and assembly.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication techniques, and applicable welding codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation

Up to $95,000 annually, based on experience
