Position: MIG Welder
Location: Suwanee, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed
Pay: $18.78/hr, with potential increase upon full-time conversion
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are hiring a MIG Welder for a client in the Suwanee, GA area. This temp-to-hire role is responsible for producing quality welds on a variety of materials in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on MIG welding experience and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints and specifications

• Inspect welds for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed

• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols

• Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

Must Haves

• Proven MIG welding experience

• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation to the Suwanee, GA area

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other welding processes (TIG, stick)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
