Job Position: MIG/TIG Welder

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay Rate: $20.45-$23.10

Shift: 1st & 2nd, Mon-Fri w/ occasional mandatory Saturdays, Full-Time, Contract/Temporary

 

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Experienced Welders for a Manufacturing Facility in Holly, MI. All welders are required to take a weld test which may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds. Pay is weekly with options for direct deposit. Every week, employees will have the opportunity to earn an attendance bonus of an $1.40/hour for reporting on time and every day they’re scheduled.

We are currently recruiting for future openings on the following shifts-

• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

• 2nd shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

• The weekly attendance bonus is offered to employees with perfect attendance

• Second shift workers receive a $0.50 shift premium

Job Duties:

• Receive and perform all work that is assigned

• Inspect weld equipment for operation

• Place and weld parts as per instructions and/or white sample

• Scan over finished products and correct any deficiencies

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Adhere to all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as listed in procedures or assigned by managers

 Requirements:

• Must pass weld test

• MIG & TIG welding experience

• Mechanical/fabrication knowledge

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

• Must be able to stand for entirety of shift (8-10 hours)

• Steel-toed boots and jeans for all positions

• Candidates must pass drug test (THC is not included)

There's a potential for the position to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc. Once hired in, employees are offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement & Referral Bonus' with a union shop.
