Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and fellow clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
