Sonographer - Riverdale

Perinatal Sonographer

Location: Riverdale, GA
Pay: $32-45/hr (based on years of experience)  
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound technology with one-year minimum experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound.

Performance Requirements:

• Perform Maternal Fetal High-Risk OB/GYN Level I & II and OBGYN Ultrasound guided examinations (transabdominal and transvaginal).
• Perform 3-D & 4-D ultrasound imaging (according to training).
• Performs 1st Trimester Screens/Sequential Screens (NT/Biochemical) testing, amniocentesis, detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echoes and all Doppler exams as needed.
• Must be able to work under indirect supervision.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand; use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
