Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Relocation assistance up to $5,000

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg)

Location: Salina, KS
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (0.9 FTE)
Pay: $29.00–$43.00 per hour, based on education and experience

Relocation assistance up to $5,000

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour for nights and weekends

What You'll Do-

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Deliver professional nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards and state regulations.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Current Kansas RN License or active Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification
