Location: Fremont, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay Range: Depending on Experience
We are seeking a hands-on Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, facility upgrades, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth production operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
Support facility upgrades, expansions, and new equipment installations.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams and external vendors.
Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, spare parts inventory, and calibration logs.
Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Associate’s degree (2-year technical degree) in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
3-5 years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of HVAC/AHU systems, automation, and environmental controls.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
