We are seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join a welcoming Family Medicine team in Jaffrey, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Medical Assistant looking for a stable, full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures.
• Take and record patient vital signs.
• Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and laboratory testing within your scope of certification.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked examination rooms.
• Assist with medical records, referrals, lab slips, and other clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients by phone and provide instructions as directed by the physician.
• Support the clinical team with various patient care and nursing procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver professional, compassionate care.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For:

✅ At least 2 years of formal Medical Assistant education or specialized MA training
✅ Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience in a medical/clinical setting
✅ Current Medical Assistant Certification
✅ Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
