Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. Our engineers are dedicated to creating a safer, more efficient world, working on diverse and challenging projects throughout the western United States and internationally. We employ state-of-the-art tools and design techniques.
Responsibilities- Design and manage civil/site projects, including roadways, grading, pavement, stormwater systems, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, creative engineering solutions.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and client communication.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and documentation.
- Conduct site visits as needed, including occasional travel.
- 4 years of experience in civil design and project management.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and site development.
- Design experience in civil, land development, drainage, grading, and stormwater.
- Civil EIT with nearing ability to take PE exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington or nearing ability to take the exam.
- Experience with public and/or federal/DoD projects preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
