Maintenance Technician - (1st & 2nd Shift) - Pay up to $34/hr

We're seeking skilled technicians to support a busy automotive manufacturing operation. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role where you'll work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems while helping keep production running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across multiple production areas.
• Maintain presses, conveyors, automated assembly equipment, cranes, and production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
• Utilize machine shop equipment, including lathes and mills, for repairs.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximize uptime.
