Join Brattleboro Memorial Hospital as a full-time MRI Technologist and become part of a collaborative Radiology team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll independently perform high-quality MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and compliance with MRI protocols. You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a department offering comprehensive imaging services, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Interventional Radiology.

Schedule

• Thursday–Sunday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 32 hours per week
• Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure MRI safety standards and protocols are followed.
• Position patients and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients and explain MRI procedures.
• Administer venipuncture as required (certification within 3 months if not already obtained).
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Deliver compassionate care to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology (Required)
• Previous hospital MRI experience (Required)
• ARRT Certification (Required)
• MRI Registry Certification (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Venipuncture Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Two recent supervisory references
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging protocols

Pay

• $40 - $55/hr(based on experience)
