Title: MRI Technologist (ARRT MR)
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Salary: Median Annual Salary: $104,601 (Based on Experience) + Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Thursday–Sunday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (32 Hours/Week)

-> Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients.
• Operate MRI equipment while following all MRI safety protocols and procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and obtain accurate medical histories.
• Position patients correctly to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Administer contrast media as appropriate and monitor patient response.
• Maintain image quality and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Follow quality assurance, infection control, and radiation safety standards.
• Assist with departmental workflow and provide compassionate patient care.
  

-> Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Certification (Required).
• MRI Registry (MR) Certification (Required).
• Previous MRI experience in a hospital setting (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Venipuncture Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire).
• Ability to provide 2 recent supervisory references.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
