Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a collaborative charter school team in the Fort Washington area. This is a full-time opportunity to support elementary or high school grade learners.

- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services and goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Differentiate instruction to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support student achievement.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, district, and school policies and procedures.
- Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
