Property Manager

Pay: $28/hr | Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to support an apartment community in Palm Desert, CA 92260. This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in operations, resident relations, and team management.

·        Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff

·        Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards

·        Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships

·        Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation

·        Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals

·        Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

·        Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained

·        Previous Property Manager experience required

·        Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

·        Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively

·        Knowledge of property management software preferred

·        Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

·        Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities
