Nanny Needed For My Children

We’re a family in Lancaster seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with neurodiverse kids. Our son is sweet, energetic, and does best with caregivers who are calm, structured, and supportive. We’re hoping to find someone who can help him grow, feel safe, and have fun. We’d love to meet caregivers who have experience with autism, understand sensory needs, and can help with routines, communication, and emotional regulation. Reliability and patience are essential. Hours are flexible, and we’re happy to work around your schedule
