Babysitter Needed

Looking for an attentive caregiver that will tend to my child's needs with urgency, care, and compassion. We do not take the "cry it out" approach to parenting so we are looking for someone that supports our lifestyle. Would like our son to feel the same with the caregiver as he would with us. Clearly as parents, nobody is going to love our child as we would, but they can care for them just as well. Patient, kind, active, gentle, attentive There is street parking and the option to park in our driveway.
