• $100K annual pay potential (based on mechanic experience and qualifications)
• Earn $20 - $45 hourly pay (based on mechanic experience and qualifications)
• Flag rate compensation with 40 guaranteed hours every week

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe, reliable performance
• Perform brakes, tires, alignments, inspections, suspension work, and general maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Document repairs and deliver quality customer service

• Mechanic must have at least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or 2 years of hands-on training in automotive maintenance
• Mechanic must possess a valid driver's license
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Automotive Technician must have experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and general automotive maintenance
