Position: MDS/IP RN

• MDS: Minimum Data Set Coordinator responsible for resident assessments, documentation, and care planning
\n
• IP: Infection Preventionist responsible for infection control, surveillance, prevention, and regulatory compliance
\n
• On-call: Must participate in on-call coverage outside regular working hours
\n

Ideal candidate: RN with LTC/SNF experience who can manage both MDS responsibilities and infection prevention duties.
