• Repair, production, and restock steps are executed accurately, and all quality records are completed in full.

Must-haves

• Recognize and distinguish small electronic components by their markings.
• Team-oriented approach; steady performance under time and volume pressure.
• Ability to interpret written work instructions and apply deviation processes when needed.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision; show sound judgment, a can-do attitude, and initiative.
• Willing to learn assembly/repair procedures and read drawings.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting to achieve daily targets.
• Perform basic math manually.
• Accurate data transcription and recordkeeping.
• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Ability to visually inspect for foreign matter/particulates and differentiate colors per FDA cGMP.

Nice-to-have experience

• Mechanical or electrical repair experience within a manufacturing operation.

• Physical Requirements: Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry 15 pounds from floor to shoulder and lift 2 pounds from shoulder to overhead. Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 6 pounds.

Education

Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Work hours

Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 05:30am–04:00pm. Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays.
