Childcare Needed

We are looking for childcare for our 3 children. The older two are in school and will be returning to school schedules in August. The youngest (8 months) will need a nanny year round. The kids are very active in sports and have practices/ games/ meets most week nights. We are in the process of adding a dog to our family, so being comfortable with pets is a must. My husband and I both work from home so we will be available throughout the day. My schedule is very flexible and I understand if you need days off or have a college class schedule to work around.
