Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a caregiver for my (then) 4-month-old baby, engaging with her during her wake windows using toys that we have and going for walks and prioritizing the outdoors when weather permits. Looking for someone passionate about infants, punctual, and good at communicating. Please limit cell phone usage or tv usage. Please notify us if you're feeling ill at all (if a cough is coming on, runny nose, feverish) as we're wanting to avoid illness for a baby so young (a big part of the reason why we're opting out of daycare). We're looking for someone for the afternoons (like 11 am-ish to 4 pm) on M-F, but if the nanny needs more hours, open to talking more!
