House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

My husband and I are looking for a housekeeper to come 1-2 times per month. We have a 1br 1bth apartment in Kearny, NJ and need all surfaces cleaned (counters floors, shelves), bathroom, tub, toilet, etc. Must be comfortable with two dogs who bark (they'll be crated on days you're expected and ideally we would be there for a few minutes on your first visit to introduce you before crating them, so hopefully they're not stressed and don't bark while you work). Would also love someone who can do laundry (wash/fold or at least fold because it's constantly piling up on us). If you could cook a meal while you're here that would also be stellar.
