PWSB is seeking a Loan Servicer to join our Loan Operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting Mortgage and Consumer lending by accurately maintaining loan records, processing loan-related transactions, and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Key Functions:
* Process and maintain Mortgage and Consumer loan records within the core system
* Perform loan maintenance, including payment changes, rate adjustments, and modifications
* Complete quality reviews and audits of loan data to ensure accuracy
* Maintain electronic loan files and support document retention processes
* Assist with loan servicing projects, reports, and administrative tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer and employee inquiries
* Support the Loan Operations team with additional servicing functions as assigned

What We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous banking, lending, loan processing, or loan servicing experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Ability to learn and follow detailed processes and procedures
