Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Our boy is 7 months- we have been able to make it work up to now as I work remote and my husband works later afternoons/ evenings but now we are looking for help roughly 4 hours a day, likely around 12-4pm, variable at times. We want someone that will engage our son and teach him!
