Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need additional help on Fridays to care for our 11m girl baby in our Lakewood home. Ideal hours are 9am-4pm, but we are flexible. This would be a regular weekly position. Responsibilities are straight forward: - Play with her during wake windows - Serve her previously cooked lunches (occasionally breakfast if we are behind) and clean up - Help get her down for naps I am still breastfeeding, so I will be around to feed her. Looking for someone familiar with a more Montessori mindset + also someone who shares a more non-toxic/unscented lifestyle as I have developed an allergy to certain scents.
