The Egg Bistro is looking for dependable, motivated Breakfast Cooks to join our growing team. We are a high-volume, scratch kitchen specializing in breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We believe great food starts with great people, and we're looking for cooks who care about consistency, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to company recipes and specifications.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume weekend shifts.
• Ensure every plate meets presentation and quality standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to keep ticket times moving.
• Assist with prep work and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Work with a positive attitude while supporting the entire kitchen team.

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend availability is required.
