Die Cutting Technician, Folding Carton Converting Is This You?
  • Can you set up a die-cutter so it hits cut-to-print and perfect scores?
  • Do you enjoy mechanical troubleshooting and using hand tools to dial in equipment?
  • Are you a dependable teammate who keeps quality checks front and center?
  • Do you take pride in steady production rates and continuous improvement?
Role Snapshot
  • Pull and stage die carts; load the die, counter, and stock accurately.
  • Perform make-ready/setups for precision cutting and scoring.
  • Operate at target throughput while conducting frequent retains and quality verifications.
  • Clear materials and remove dies at job changeover.
  • Handle routine machine cleaning and mechanical adjustments.
  • Partner with your line crew; support department objectives and advancements.
Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 6:30am
  • Training: Plan on 60–90 days on 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in roles demonstrating mechanical aptitude and competent hand tool use.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
  • Mindset for process improvement.
