Call Center Representative

Summary:

As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role fostering collaborative relationships between customers and dealerships and assisting in resolving payment issues effectively and efficiently.

Compensation:  $16.00 an hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with Customers and foster collaboration between Customers and Dealership regarding their accounts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure communication adheres to company standards, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to incoming text messages or calls from customers regarding payments and provide appropriate resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or dealership operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
