Job Description

QA Inspector – 2nd Shift

Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18-$20/hr, based on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to join a manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have quality inspection experience and a background in electrical components, wiring, or testing.

Responsibilities

Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Perform visual and dimensional inspections
Identify and document quality issues and non-conforming products
Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and drawings
Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
Complete inspection records and quality documentation
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

Previous quality inspection experience preferred
Electrical experience required
Ability to use measuring and inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and follow technical documentation
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
