Key Personnel is seeking a Full Time HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant in the Oklahoma City, OK area.
Full Time HR Coordinator Pay Rate: $23/hr (based on experience)
Full Time HR Coordinator Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Full Time HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Process required documentation through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accuracy and proper deductions
• Provide customer service by responding to employee questions and requests
• Complete and maintain I-9 documentation and files in compliance with regulations
• Submit background check requests and assist with new hire screenings
• Assist with processing employee terminations and related documentation
• Support the performance review process through preparation and coordination
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including tracking candidates in HRIS and coordinating follow-ups
• Schedule interviews and meetings as requested by the HR Manager
• Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and emailing documents
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files and records
• Prepare new hire documentation and onboarding files
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Manage employee locker assignments and gym memberships
• Assist with correspondence and general administrative tasks
• Support data entry and clerical functions for internal data analysis
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Full Time HR Coordinator Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years of related HR or administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Experience with HRIS systems and ADP is a plus
• Minimum of two (2) years of related HR or administrative experience

• SHRM-CP certification preferred
