Morning check-ins with walk-in applicants. Back-to-back virtual and in-person interviews. An afternoon call with a local manufacturer to align on culture and skills. A quick debrief to present a short list of top candidates. That’s a typical day driving talent solutions for a diverse mix of industrial, administrative, skilled trades, and professional roles.
What You’ll Do- Recruit end-to-end: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple disciplines through in-person, phone, and virtual conversations.
- Deliver exceptional candidate care: Build trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and maintain a welcoming, professional experience for all applicants, including walk-ins.
- Grow the pipeline: Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to broaden reach and uncover talent.
- Match talent to opportunity: Align candidates to client openings based on qualifications, preferences, and operational needs.
- Partner with clients:
- Collaborate with local businesses to understand workforce requirements and company culture.
- Present qualified candidates with concise summaries of skills, experience, and job fit.
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding performance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Support the sales team by surfacing potential leads and strengthening relationships.
- Promote the value of Express services through professional, consultative support.
- Own placement operations: Oversee onboarding, scheduling, assignment changes, and follow-up to ensure smooth starts and successful placements.
- Champion safety and clarity: Ensure associates understand job expectations, safety protocols, and worksite procedures.
- Monitor performance: Track hours, attendance, and productivity; address issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep records accurate: Maintain detailed documentation in the applicant tracking system and internal databases.
- Coordinate all assignment types: Evaluation-to-hire, direct hire, and temporary roles aligned to client timelines.
- Assist applicants with paperwork: Guide online applications, assessments, and onboarding documents.
- Stay compliant: Follow federal, state, and company hiring policies; keep job postings current across platforms.
- Support office flow: Help with phones, front desk coverage, and candidate traffic management as needed.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pays up to $40,000 annually, based on experience.
