Geriatrician (Physician/MD/DO) Opportunity

The Baptist AgeWell Institute at Baptist Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Geriatrician (MD or DO) with a passion for geriatrics to join an innovative outpatient senior health practice.
 
The Baptist AgeWell Institute, formed in October 2012, is the only comprehensive geriatric program in Northeast Florida and is located in Downtown Jacksonville. We are looking for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatrician who can help shape our comprehensive, innovative program during its early development phase.
