Imagine this scenarioA hospital needs a unique configuration to fit their space. You study the blueprint, route the plumbing, wire the controls, align the mechanics, and verify every detail. You test, uncover a minor functional quirk, diagnose it, propose a fix, and get it right. The equipment ships on schedule, and clinicians get exactly what they need. How you’ll contribute- Build custom capital equipment and supporting assemblies
- Install and integrate mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components
- Follow assembly instructions, layouts, and specifications with accuracy
- Perform testing, inspection, and hands‑on troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Flag potential design or functionality risks and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with a small, experienced team to deliver precise, on‑time builds
- Uphold rigorous quality standards throughout the process
- Assist with final preparation, packaging, and shipment
- Provide occasional customer‑site troubleshooting or service support
- 3+ years in mechanical assembly, machine building, industrial maintenance, equipment installation, field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar work
- Mechanical aptitude paired with strong diagnostic skills
- Comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to think through custom builds and solve problems proactively
- Clear communicator and reliable teammate
- Craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail

- Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
