Job Description
Make a difference in the lives of cancer patients every day.
We're looking for a compassionate, experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients through every step of their cancer journey. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate care, provide patient education, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help remove barriers to treatment while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a clinical resource for oncology and infusion patients and staff
- Coordinate patient care, education, and treatment navigation
- Perform chemotherapy and immunotherapy education
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, hospice, palliative care, and community resources
- Help improve patient outcomes through care coordination and quality initiatives
- Support clinic operations, staff training, and department leadership
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital nursing experience
- Oncology or Case Management experience required
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required; OCN preferred
- Strong triage, communication, and organizational skills
- BLS required upon hire; ACLS within 6 months
