Oncology Nurse Navigator $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Make a difference in the lives of cancer patients every day.

We're looking for a compassionate, experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients through every step of their cancer journey. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate care, provide patient education, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help remove barriers to treatment while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a clinical resource for oncology and infusion patients and staff
• Coordinate patient care, education, and treatment navigation
• Perform chemotherapy and immunotherapy education
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, hospice, palliative care, and community resources
• Help improve patient outcomes through care coordination and quality initiatives
• Support clinic operations, staff training, and department leadership

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital nursing experience
• Oncology or Case Management experience required
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required; OCN preferred
• Strong triage, communication, and organizational skills
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS within 6 months
